This may be an unpopular opinion, but the guy says, "Black kids' lives matter." It appears that he and the other speakers are trying to draw attention to the black-on-black crime in Chicago. Good for them. However, the dude was a complete moron to ride the poor horse to destruction. As we said in the military, "Good initiative, poor judgement."
