No one knows who is really calling. Also, if someone from the media calls, trump supporters are way more likely to just hang up, we don't like them, we don't talk to them. They also highly skew the samples to favor democrats, a lot of polls will show you the skew at the bottom but some don't. It's a discouragement tactic but you'll notice that they will try to save face and the "polls" will get tighter and tighter as we get closer to November. If you want a confidence boost, look up the Hillary/Trump poll results from 2016 state by state and you'll see what I'm talking about.
