Hello my fellow Pedes, I was talking to a friend about this China-virus and it finally hit me, the best counter example of why masks and social distancing are completely unnecessary in terms of the virus are: the homeless.

Why haven't Los Angeles county and San Francisco homeless been completely wiped out? If this virus was so contagious and deadly as the media say it is, then surely the homeless population of CA which are often drug abusers and filled with disease, would have been wiped out or SEVERELY impacted. We would have seen these people dropping left and right.

So, I decided to do some digging. According to LA Times (just using the left's materials against them), there have been 31, I repeat, 31 deaths among the homeless in LA county from the virus as of last month. (source: https://archive.vn/zhnMC). I then thought, "Okay, how many homeless are in LA County? Surely it's got to be a shit ton!"

Again, according to LA Times, in 2019, the count of homeless in LA County was 58,936. (source: https://archive.vn/VntwW) I couldn't find a recent count for this year, but it's safe to say, it has risen. Let's use that number though.

So, out of 58,936 homeless, 31 of them have died from the virus. These people do not socially distance, they don't use masks, they shit in the middle of the street, they do not have access to basic hygiene tools or equipment, many of them are filled with diseases such as HIV and Hep-C, yet, they haven't been wiped out! How is that?!

Food for thought if anything for my fellow CA Pedes. For me, this is a good argument when lefties talk about the "importance" of masks and why they need to be worn. It's all bullshit. Also, I have yet to see the homeless ever get brought up in conversations about masks.

And of course, not every CA homeless is an absolute filth bag and drug addict but in my experience with having lived in CA my entire life, those are the small minority.

Exactly! I was asking this question months ago (not trying to upstage you, lol). It came to mind because last year there was a typhus outbreak among the LA homeless, so it seems (obviously) they are prone to spreading contagious diseases.

Hey no worries on the upstaging, I am just glad to know there are others like me who are seeing this. It makes me feel less crazy lol. Thanks for that typhoid info, I am going to look into it and see if I can find more about it. I mean, if one can prove that contagious diseases spread quickly through the homeless, logically and scientifically speaking, it should start to discredit the COVID narrative even more.
