We need a Federal law stating that if your vehicle is surrounded and you feel in danger, you are free to hit the gas!

I've had my vehicle surrounded before....many years ago....in a split second they had made plans to murder me....driving off was the only option.....and there is not much time to make that decision.....fortunately for me the lord always looks out for me and gets me out of tight spots...
