Where in the Constitution is that a power allowed the Feds?

Hello?!

I agree with the sentiment, but some pedes need a civics lesson.

CONGRESS DOES NOT HAVE THIS POWER!

The right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness dickhead. When a mob surrounds your car, you are both in fear for your life and no longer have liberty to use public spaces.

There is no such thing in the Constitution. You're thinking of the Declaration of Independence, which is not law. The Federal government does not have any such power. It's up to states and local governments, as it should be.

My point being, the intention of the constitution with the 2nd amendment is OBVIOUSLY your right to defend yourself. If that involves a car driving over idiots blocking the roads, then that's just fine. =
