They shouldn’t be talking about this anyways. Stick to fucking sports. I agree with their opinion but take political issues out of sports all together.

Unfortunately there is a large demographic of people that listen to their words verse the news. So any help from celebrities to cross people into our side of reality helps.

This is the exact logic behind leftist athletes and announcers voicing their political opinions. It’s what ruined sports. You can’t say you agree with it when it’s your side doing it.

Take politics out of sports all together.

I believe his dad was an MP, so he's always wanted to be in law enforcement.

Quoting from an article: In 2005, O'Neal was named an honorary US Deputy Marshall after he attended the Los Angeles County's Reserve Academy so he could work as a reserve officer with the Los Angeles Port Police. After his 2005 trade with Miami Heat, the four-time NBA Champion once helped the authorities by trailing a suspect accused of assaulting a homosexual couple. O'Neal was at South Beach at 3 AM when he saw the man yell homophobic slurs at a couple before throwing a bottle and hitting them. O'Neal followed the man who fled in his car, flagging down an officer who eventually arrested the man.

After this incident, O'Neal became an honorary Miami Beach police officer with a $1 annual salary. "For this incident, I don't want to be credited as an individual who does police work," O'Neal said in his statement. "I want to be credited as a Miami Beach police officer." He has also been a part of a raid in rural Virginia and is sworn as the sheriff's deputy in Jonesboro, Georgia. Last year, he was made an honorary deputy by the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

So when is Briana's boyfriend going to be charged with her murder?

23
ftwtidder 23 points ago +23 / -0

Or shooting a police officer? He hit one of them.

12
radiokbws 12 points ago +12 / -0

It was noted during the press conference that the police officer that came in upon breaching the door (which they did after not getting a response from knocking and identifying as police) identified a man and a woman at the other end of the hallway. The man was in a shooting stance and had weapon drawn. Officers opened fire after the BF shot and struck the officer in the leg. Breonna ended up with 5 slugs in her while the BF came out uninjured. Used her as human shield?

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

She was naked, too. Crazy circumstance that he didn't get hit once and she got hit so much. This is the first I've heard she got shot 5x. Other numbers I've read are 7 & 8.

16 shots fired by one cop, 6 by another, at least one other shooter something close to 6. If the one that shot through the window shot 16, that could be why he was indicted.

I don't know if there's any truth to the rumor that some bullets wound up in other apartments.

2
radiokbws 2 points ago +2 / -0

that could be why he was indicted

The circumstances surrounding the event and Grand Jury result were made clear in the presser that’s being memory-holed at warp speed: https://youtu.be/eo5EUG7P2bw

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you! This explains why I haven't seen anything. Their gaslighting attempts had almost gotten to me..

So, whether factual or not, the official version is: Brianna and bf were side by side, she was hit 6x, (a number I had never seen) only 1 was necessary to kill her and there was no saving her from just that one, and the indicted cop shot 10x. Charges are because his bullets entered another apartment with 3 people in it, and some of those even left that apartment too

7
LLchurch 7 points ago +7 / -0

The ex boyfriend is the most responsible behind taylor herself then the current boyfriend is third in line imo

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Crime doesn't work that way. Shooting = directly responsible sorta, but his shoot was justified, as were the 2 cops that fired with a clear line of sight. The cop indicted was for firing through a window. I don't know if he had a clear line of sight or not. If he didn't and is the only one to fire 16 rounds, I can see the indictment, for reckless endangerment.

Ex bf is biggest cheese cops were hoping to get. Don't know how many have been released due to CCPvirus, had charges dropped, or what. It's South Africa.

2
LLchurch 2 points ago +2 / -0

I put it taylor first because she made her own decisions the ex boyfriend for getting her into the game then current because the police knocked and announced themselves. He claims he didn't hear them but they both had enough time to get dressed and get his gun get to the hallway and shoot at the door. If he hadn't shot she'd be in custody waiting for her trial. She wasn't innocent by any means and if they weren't in the game they wouldn't have had cops kicking in the door. Also even if someone bangs on my door I'm not firing blindly through it. If the cop was guilty of wanton disregard for sending rounds down range why wasn't the boyfriend? The boyfriend could have taken a defense position and waited to see who it was. When rival dealers come to rob you they ain't wasting time knocking so you can get ready for them. His story is absolutely bullshit but idiots will believe him anyway because cops are bad also orange man bad.

The other locations went off without a hitch because they used the no knock it is that simple.

Also I wasn't talking crime wise just who Is responsible, not guilty of a crime lol. I know how the legal system works.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

All the drug gang arrested at three locations that night knows the only reason Brianna got shot is her bf shot a cop. Yet Brianna certainly had her part of responsibility, too. Probably going back before she started her EMT training, but we'll never know.

She didn't get dressed, she was standing naked in the hallway. 12:30 AM, I doubt these drug dealers were asleep, but we don't really know how that worked.

BF shot after they kicked in the door, apparently wearing plain clothes. Considered a justified shoot because they believe he didn't know they were cops. Or authorities cucked to the mob, more like it. The only cop charged shot 10x through windows, maybe didn't have a clear line of sight we don't know, but sent bullets flying through an apartment inhabited by an innocent family. One charge of reckless endangerment for each of them. Maybe this is also compromising with the mob. Negotiating with terrorists is bad juju!

So cop is facing max of 15 years, mob is fearing the worst that he could get 0 time. Either way he's not a menace to society, which is what being locked up is for. I don't see how this is a compromise solution that makes sense, but I guess it could be worse.

1
LLchurch 1 point ago +1 / -0

I kept reading they both got dressed. Regardless I'm going with the reap charges were just to try to pacify the blm mob. If it was a 0 across the board I think it would have been worse than it was and let's be real even if all 3 were charged with murder it still wouldn't be enough because nothing ever is or will be for them. That is why america didn't negotiate with terrorist well until Obama said fuck it I will.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed! The DA did a convincing job of explaining the charges he produced via grand jury. Where did you read that they both got dressed before the cops got in?

2
LLchurch 2 points ago +2 / -0

I should have said hear between Tim pool shapiro Brandon Tatum and Crowder I heard they got dressed not just he. I read the 39 pages Tatum leaked but that was all pre raid just what lead to the obtaining of the warrant. I haven't read it but I do know that all the people above read other things they don't just make stuff up when the talk the facts of the case.

The problem I have is recently over the past few days I've heard "the facts" morph despite it having been the same for like 6 months all of a sudden. I had to turn Tim pools podcast off the other day because his guest was so full of shit and biased I couldn't keep listening. I mean bragging about carrying your gun illegally and being a drug dealer "allegedly" lol fuck off dude made it 20 mins in and couldn't listen to the dudes bullshit anymore but Tim was buying it so that sucks.

Example of a fact that gets left out is the whole dead body in her rental car. Also people ignore the internal politics but that's probably because they don't have that experience and can't read between the lines.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here's another angle: with the element of surprise, (a no knock raid) you feel everyone involved is safer, and it's worth using in at least some situations. I've only seen Rand Paul speak on this once, when he was interviewed by a woman, after the grand jury.

He's introduced legislation to eliminate the no knock raid, and wants to make that federal. Worse, he doesn't correct misconceptions about this event, and even calls it the Breonna bill, despite claiming this has been a problem for decades.

What's the intelligent counter here? Do we decry him as altogether bad? Do we ignore this because he's promoted a lot of things that never gained any traction? Do we collectively revise his proposed legislation, carving out circumstances under which the no knock raid is safer than any other option?

If it's true that the other two locations raided that night were executed as no knock raids, that makes a pretty strong case. They were done simultaneously, at prime time to catch a drug dealer. 12:30 AM.

2
LLchurch 2 points ago +2 / -0

You are right they are safer that's why they exist also no time to flush drugs. Real no shit trap houses also have reinforced doors and shit and aren't going without a fight anyway. The straight up lying about the while situation is a problem obviously because narrative is all that matters. The biggest problem with the lying is that they make it sound like every can just go get a no knock. Regular warrants already require alot adding a night time (10p-6a) is another layer then add to that the simultaneous location and add on to them the no knock exception and it is even harder. People just don't understand or ignore the rules we as law enforcement have. Regular people don't know and the media outlets ignore them because we all know they all have lawyers on the payroll. Getting rid of the no knock will get more people shot or possibly killed both cops and criminals I can guarantee it.

He very well may have been trying then this came along and he got the catalyst he needed to get it passed or he isn't being honest who knows. The problem with saying police reform is the same as "abolish the police" and "systemic racism" it is just vague nonsense with no actual plan or solution just a slogan idiots yell to gain points with idiots who thinks it sounds good.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks for sharing your perspective here. And thanks for your service! I had no idea I was speaking with a LEO, which reinforces the fact that you're people just like everybody else. I encourage you to dream of a day when even the court of public opinion judges not on the basis of the color of your uniform, but on the content of your character.

With everything else that's been destroyed by rioters, we've lost 50 years of progress with ideals like MLK's. Maybe we can recover more quickly re: public cooperation with law enforcement, and from there move on to healing race relations.

I certainly don't understand the process for obtaining warrants at all, much less in a situation like this raid which seems like a big deal to me. The FISA abuse of warrants in the coup attempt erode trust even though they're unrelated. The mindless horde on the street seems to think getting a warrant is like getting a drink of water. I've seen lots of leftists online point to the process before this raid as problematic, yet they know even less about it than I do.

You make a great point about any reform needs to be specific. Can you think of other circumstances where a no knock raid is highly likely to save lives other than encountering a trap house with a reinforced door?

2
LLchurch 2 points ago +2 / -0

The taylor incident. They had a no knock and decided to knock and announce anyway. I've said from day one who ever gave the order to knock and announce should get in some trouble even if it is just a small suspension. I don't know their departments directives but it was an error in judgement for sure. They went through all the trouble and hassle of getting it and just said nah we'll do it the regular way.

No knocks are only used for extremely dangerous people or places with drugs they also both go hand on hand though. No heads up for them to get their guns ready or flush drugs. Realistically places that are no knocks specifically for drugs and I mean real weight there ain't a toilet big enough to flush them fast enough. The murders and violet ones not involving drugs specifically could give them time to flush some for one or two less charges though

I'm just a regular cop I'm not swat or on a warrant unit and I'm not some type of expert. I have served plenty of warrants but just the regular day time knock and announce which don't have a great success rate because they are just corner boys usually and they are just regular warrants for their moms and grandmas and baby mom's etc. For someone like taylor and her ex boyfriend there was quite alot of surveillance done. Warrants have to be insanely precise and during the search of the house for the evidence there are a lot of rules that must be followed. The minutia of warrants is crazy. I only know about regular criminal warrants which are under way more scrutiny than the ones you mention within the political and intelligence agency world.

Judges aren't worried on signing off on they crazy ones against trump because it was so shady it was extremely unlikely to be found out. All they needed was a lefty judge and he'd happily sign an illegal one to try to fuck trump. Regular judges will get sued for sure on a warrant for a civilian because if it was bad they'd get sued to oblivion lol. It sad but just the way it is.

https://tatumreport.com/?p=9015 here is a link where you can read the report that got them the warrant.

Thanks for your support

Chuck and Shaq are always great. You might not always agree with them but you know they aren't bullshitting you with fake outrage. Barkley has always been kind of the Trump of the NBA. He always speaks his mind and doesn't pull punches.

That's why other outlets and other commentators also make fun of him and try to paint him as a nut. Barkley and shaq are the only two nba personalities that aren't trash. It has gotten so bad I found myself agreeing with Stephen a smith. I used to hate him because everything was racism with him a few years ago. now he is sane and makes good points. Makes me think Stephen a was playing it up as a character back then if he wasn't he'd have gotten worse not better. The lefts logic does not make any sense. So a cop gets shot and they're supposed to wait for what exactly? so someone shoots at the cops and then they're supposed to hope he doesn't shoot another round? Are they supposed to call a social worker first? How how do they do they know there are multiple people in there with guns? Somebody was already shot so that means there is an open threat. How do the cops know it wasn't a cartel Warehouse with guys AK-47s inside?
