Dems are stealing one key state after another in front of our eyes. If ballots are harvested and allowed to be 10 days after elections, there is not a fucking chance Republicans win. Every dead person, his family, and 4 generations before him would be voting for Democrats.

None of these states will have valid votes because of this. It'll all get challenged and dumped by the Supreme Court. Trump still wins.

I think they know they don't have a legitimate shot at POTUS. However, if they can keep us focused on it, we won't notice them stealing Senate seats. If they win the Senate, Trump won't be able to implement any agenda. They also very well may impeach him again if they have the Senate, but they won't have enough to remove

According to the Constitution, the electors for each state are chosen in such a manner as the legislature (of that state) shall direct.
Which means, if any of these states have a GOP-led legislature, and there is too much vote fraud, that the legislature can choose the electors directly, and there is not a damn thing the Dems can do about it. The Constitution overrules all other laws.

Disqualify the whole state? I dont know how that works. I read an opinion that post-elections, the harvested/late arriving ballots may not be taken up if there is a SCOTUS decision on that.
But this sounds risky and would be much better if they are not allowed in the first place.

Article II of the Constitution calls on state legislatures to send delegates to the electoral college. Their not fussing about it because they plan on sending Trump delegates in response to election night tallies.
DOJ sent a letter to PN requiring a change in their process. I guess that is a start.

I think our best chances of avoiding the steal is to flip some state they weren't expecting and where they haven't set up the steal in.

Im not a doomer by any means. People need to know what action if any that GOP have taken. 3 of the 4 states i listed (Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania) have legislature controlled by GOP, yet they have not convened any session.
Meanwhile Democrat controlled NC has just passed rules to accept ballots 9 days after elections.
If it isn't the legislature in NC, but merely a "commission" it can be overruled.
