The corrupt units within the FBI and CIA even went so far as to purchase professional liability insurance after the election because they knew their prior activity could lead to criminal, civil and financial lawsuits. A stunning internal admission.

Can we please throw someone in jail??? Or at least fire them and drain that swamp??? Something, anything, please!!!

Liability insurance does not cover intentional or criminal acts even if the insured party is found legally responsible. Policies are taken out by anyone who owns a business, drives a car, practices medicine or law—basically anyone who can be sued for damages

And we the taxpayers likely paid for their liability insurance!

The text said BU pays, so probably the union

4
Mrsattorney 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thanks. Yes. I just read that BU usually pays half (in the texts between agents).

Knock this whole thing down and build it back up. It's rotten.

FTFY

Is that what Biden means by build back better or is he referring to Burisma?

But Flynn pled guilty. No take backs unless new exculpatory, bad lawyer, or corrupt investigation.

We have all thr...

NO BACKSIES!

isn't it b/c he is gonna release the kracken(obama/hillary gun runnin' scheme details/ bengazi)?

11
HungNavySeal300Kills 11 points ago +11 / -0

He was arguing the entire intel community be purged of political operatives. In other words he was laying out the justification for the complete removal of the Deep State. Kinda the end of their corrupt little empire.

5
DemsFuckKids 5 points ago +5 / -0

they aint gonna keep him silent forever

3
sonofbrohan 3 points ago +3 / -0

That, but I think more broadly he wanted to audit the intel community and follow money trails. Look up Sidney Powell and Vicki McKenna. There are a couple of interview.

I still believe Trump is building up to a massive October surprise.

If he isn’t it would truly be a huge letdown. I say this as a daily poster here (and on T_D) since 2016 election night.

5
HungNavySeal300Kills 5 points ago +5 / -0

I gotta think Trump has his finger on dead man drops with premium verified intel provenance that he's releasing if investigations refuse to proceed or something terrible happens.

After the election is too late, unless for some reason this election is guaranteed.

Since election night? The good stuff was before the election! :-p

Truth be told I started on T_D like right after it went from that black and yellow Mr_Trump to the red white and blue The_Donald.

Can't see how he wouldn't, given that he is an excellent gamesman and has known this date would matter for four years now.

Or FBI Director

4
IncredibleMrE1 4 points ago +4 / -0

AG would be better, because then she would be in charge of both (FBI Director reports to AG). But I agree, she would be amazing to have in either role.

Or Supreme Court Justice.

Thegreatestrecovery 14 points ago +14 / -0

The new Prosecution team admits that the original Prosecution team concealed exculpatory evidence and the FBI still hasn't provided all the subpoenaed evidence (they are either in contempt of court, have lost evidence or destroyed the evidence) since they aren't turning over the original 302 report on the "not official interview".

Professional Liability insurance will not cover intentional wrongdoing.

It would be amazing to hear Sidney Powell's name all over the news somewhere around 5pm tomorrow.

8
tasteslikeham 8 points ago +8 / -0

Sydney Powell for Supreme Court!

8
AggieBodyBuilder 8 points ago +8 / -0

My man Lou Dobbs one of the few good people left at the Soros News Network.

6
Keiichi81 6 points ago +6 / -0

One of the comments raises a good point.

Sessions and Rosenstein certainly didn’t release these. Sidney said this was like pulling wisdom teeth for Wray to release then- and that’s under Trump and Barr. Whistleblowers never came forward. The FBI documented stuff or texted because they had no fear what they wrote would ever see the light of day. Even knowing it might get foia’d they just hunkered down relying on usually it doesn’t come to light.

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Now to make sure the infection never returns....

5
IntrepidBurger 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sidney Powell for FBI Director.

5
HocusLocus 5 points ago +6 / -1

I feel sorry for Dobbs because he kept trying to extract-with-pliers from Powell some broader opinion on the injustice and national implication of the case... she parried him nicely returning to the essential facts. Flynn is still her client, the case is still open and she is professionally bound to keep her own opinions out of the news. Nicely done.

Contrast this to certain attorneys for Kyle Rittenhouse who have been making some foot-in-mouth public statements. I don't mean case outreach, I mean the "shot heard round the world" stuff.

3
txladyvoter [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Totally agree.

Sidney Powell is great. Ben quite a long struggle, not over.

What happens to all the investigations if the Dems take Nov. 3rd?

2
txladyvoter [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's still a Supreme Court.

3
IncredibleMrE1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Now AG Bagpipes cannot even use the DC "we don't know their intent" excuse for why he is not prosecuting all of these traitors. They proved their intent by buying the insurance.

1
txladyvoter [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Talk about GEOTUS: "We caught 'em!"

3
JohnWickParabellum 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wray just needs to come out and say it, that the FBI favors Democrats over Republicans in their investigations/interactions/recommendations for prosecution to the Department of Justice.

Just say it Wray. It. Is. Time.

This nation needs you to admit it, so we can work together to fix it.

2
droden 2 points ago +2 / -0

if they can do this to flynn they can do it to anyone. why isnt that asshole judge INCENSED by the actions of the FBI and DOJ?

2
CMDRConanAAnderson 2 points ago +2 / -0

Premeditated anyone? Expand the scope of the investigation and find out who else knew what when.

How is it possible that Flynn is in so much trouble but Commie Comey is still a free man? I’m getting really fucking sick of this two tier justice system.
