I was looking for this info earlier...File for: “Misconduct” is “conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts.” Aka: racist TDS - Judge Sullivan. And Judge Roberts inaction (misconduct) to keep letting Flynn's case to continue .. After the DOJ ordered a complete dismissal!
