Some of those have visible postage stamps on them.

That means they were COMPLETED ballots.

Now maybe there's a legitimate explanation. Maybe those are ballots received late, and so not counted.

But, had they been received, there's no legitimate explanation for them being thrown out intact. Had they been received by election officials, and deemed invalid (because they were received late), then they would have been shredded before disposal.

This cries out for federal investigation. More so than the military ballot issue in PA.

I'm not so sure in this case. Were someone going to the extensive effort of duplicating ballots (but changing the vote), they would definitely shred or otherwise destroy the original.

Mail-in ballots aren't anonymous. The voter is identified to avoid double-voting.

If those are unopened completed ballots (as they appear to be), then it's a simple matter to take any one of them and confirm that the voter didn't actually vote (since their ballot was never opened). If, however, there is a record of a vote, then the fraud is proven (since their ballot was never opened).

This is why regular mail-in voting (like absentee) is secure and reliable, but universal mail-in voting and distribution of unsolicited ballots is unsecure and unreliable.

Changing mail-in ballots is hard work. Not only must you have access to the ballot after it leaves the voter's hands but before it gets to the election office, but there's lots of manual labor involved in the process. Doing it on a large scale is probably impossible. Unfortunately, without a Trump landslide, a large scale isn't required to cast doubt on the result.
