Do these workers work for the government? Cuz the people responsible for delivering that and the people they answer to must be tried on treason. This isn't yourgrandma's mail. This is the future of the country fouught for by the first patriots and represents the sanctity of the constitutional republic. This is not a game. This should not be taken as anything less of espionage. It is treason, and intent, negligence or otherwise, has nothing to do with it.
You make an error in calculation as an architect, anything that happens as a result is your responsibility. Same goes for the people who gave them the green light. Anything less than incarceration and that is criminalnegligence on the part of the judicial system and the politicians who serve public interest if it is not rectified.
What the left doesn't seem to understand is the sanctity in shared responsibility. Whether the right or wrong person is chosen, the direction of the country should not be paved by the few but by all, whether you're in agreement or not. It is infantile to think that you and your own could only ever be right on everything, or that your values should be held in exaltation as if by some divinedecree.
And if all lives are equal, why do they not treat our voices the same?
