It's old news. Judge Sullivan, Emmet Sullivan, has been the judge presiding over the Michael Flynn case for probably at least half of a your now if not more than a year. Even though a lot of different kinds of evidence that each on their own would be enough to overturn the case and let Mike Flynn go free have all arisen and become publicly available, this judge done everything in his power to keep Mike Flynn in prison. Mike Flynn is an innocent man and Emmet Sullivan is a leftist hack, and a very evil one because he's abusing his position of sacred power to keep a key witness against the Obama gate scandal in prison. Mike Flynn knows where all of the bodies are buried. He ever becomes a free man Obama and Hillary and everyone else are going to prison. And they've all known this ever since 2016. He has a gag order from the judge so that he can't legally say what he knows. Also, Mike Flynn would have been a great pick for all sorts of positions that Trump has. But Trump can't pick someone who is a prisoner

Unfortunately, the English language being what it is, the defense would argue that the prosecution wasn't commenced, simply continued, thus making the definition of Malicious Prosecution inapplicable
He was wrong, no doubt. But think about it -- who should be prosecuted first? Sullivan didn't have all these materials in front of him. But the FBI did. They KNEW all this and are getting off.
You know who else is a problem? Everyone's hero Bill Barr. Either Barr already had seen this stuff (and it was why he ordered dismissal), or he was misled by the FBI who hid the stuff even from him.
If he knew about these documents but tried to sweep it under the rug by just dismissing against Flynn but keeping quiet, that's a big problem.
If he too has been misled and this stuff withheld from him, he should be ordering the arrest of the FBI Director and everyone else over there. Yet ... he hasn't said a word. Why?

Basically means improper contact with a judge. You aren't supposed to talk to them directly about a case.
They don't have immunity from bullets, or vehicles traveling at high speed, either.
