They do not have immunity for misconduct. Ex-parte contact is misconduct.

If Justice isn’t being served, we speak it as if it is. THAT is what builds public pressure.
What are you doing?

Living in reality lol.

They do not care about what is right, and certainly not what we want. Public pressure doesn't work when they stop caring about serving the people.

Those of us who speak as if it is are far outnumbered these days. It does not mean that we should not continue but it does mean that reality, as it is being told to the American people, looks very different. Most are not yet uncomfortable enough or angry enough or principled enough to be bothered. Even so, if Trump is reelected the reality will become unavoidable to even the most obtuse or disinterested people. This is because people seen actually going to jail gets attention regardless. If Trump does not get reelected however it is likely that all of this disappears back into the memory hole. Deleted or lost records, missing or otherwise destroyed evidence. It all goes away behind the curtain of justice.

True. Nearly everything wrong with the country today is due to failure to hold those in power (at all levels) accountable.

There's a 2A for that!

And this failure to hold officials accountable is closely associated with the infiltration and corruption in the system. It goes hand in hand with the apathy.

Any efforts for justice are neutralized as we've seen in the riot states. The system needs to be cleaned and flushed. It'll take time, but the rate should accelerate.

He might get removed from the bench or pressured into retirement but realistically that's unlikely. He's a traitor and the worst kind of judge but other than history books he will skate. And he knows it.

The circuit court, run by Democrats, has not removed him from the case even. First step - stop voting Democrats, obviously.

If a tree falls in the forest and the DOJ did not hear it, did it fall? No one will prosecute, he has Leftist Immunity

If a coup happens in the forest and Bill Barr watches it happen and then calls it a coup and still does absolutely nothing is he a giant pile of swamp crap? Asking for America.

Basically means improper contact with a judge. You aren't supposed to talk to them directly about a case.

They don't have immunity from bullets, or vehicles traveling at high speed, either.

Not that I'm condoning violence. I'm just pointing out the limits of sovereign immunity.
