It's interesting because Sullivan could be viewed as an asset to us because of this. Barr could be viewed as someone wanting to stop the bleeding of evidence by requesting the case be dropped.
That's what I've been thinking. We saw more evidence as a result of the 1st delay. Powell said we will only see more evidence with the 2nd delay. It could be chess or Sullivan is undercover white hat.
He's just dragging it out until after the election, when they're planning on stealing the Presidency and ending the investigations into misconduct in the Obama admin and throwing the book at Flynn and everyone else. The only reason why I don't buy the Sullivan being a white hat, the entire D.C. establishment was adamant about Sullivan fighting and taking the En Banc.

On Sullivan side, he wants to drag this out til after the election, so to keep the narrative that Flynn is corrupt.
On the Powell side, she did indeed know that the more they drag, the more evidence will come out, so she played along. This strategy is what made me not get angry at Sullivan's move.
HOWEVER, the regular peoplekind who don't follow this Flynn story will still think Flynn is guilty. So I don't think Sullivan is a white hat, it's just that they don't care if more information come out, as it won't change anyone's mind.

Sullivan was a childhood hero to Powell. His moves on this case are interesting and many here (on Reddit) felt he was a solid judge before the case started. Maybe he is a white hat wearing a black hat. It's hard to determine because they are so stupid. The documents not only bolster Flynns case but also the Russian collusion hoax investigation.
Cause think about it.. everything in that case is culminating right at the perfect time with the biggest impact...
