Ok playing Devils Advocate. He would have known what he was doing provided an opening for acquiring additional documents against obama and the rest. Since his actions dont make sense and he did act against obama in the past, is it possible this was just a way for the right to have legal standing to subpoena paperwork? It sure seems to have worked out well for us.
