I've been around long enough to know, EVERY election cycle Republicans say "This is the year Blacks become aware and vote for the party that will really help them" and then we see 98% go for Dems.
I don’t think we have ever seen a president that can do what Trump has done in this kind of political climate. Trump is definitely getting a bigger back from latino voters.
