When politicians were mulling extending BART to the SFO airport, the city of Millbrae used it as a great opportunity to clear those parasites out. There was a Hertz car lot across the street from those shitty apartments, and they had to erect a 22-ft high fence because the Tongans would constantly throw their beer bottles onto the cars there.
Also, in that apartment complex (almost 100% Tongan and Samoan), the entire Millbrae police department (that was on duty at the time) got their asses beat by Tongans/Samoans in a melee, to the point where they had to call for help from neighboring Burlingame PD. to bail them out of trouble.
In my town of Foster City was a pier. Tongans/Samoans would catch small sharks and take pleasure in stabbing them, just for fun, only to dump them back. A white teen saw this and made a comment, and he was beaten almost to death. And of course, Scott Quackenbush WAS beaten to death by them.
