I'm going to a movie at disney springs tomorrow. couldn't they make me leave? i mean.. they're not gonna physically touch me right? and I'd imagine the cops aren't gonna do shit?
The theater could make you leave. Doubt they would, but they have the right to refuse service to anyone. If they told you to leave and you refuse, you are trespassing but I doubt cops would do anything other than tell you to leave. Movie theaters have been hurting bad so I can’t imagine they would kick you out. Disney is completely cucked though so if the theater is owned by them who knows.
it's the AMC theater.. i mean they would already have my ticket money. The world is fucking dumb. I could threaten to sue for discrimination against my medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask (theater is also distanced) that they legally can 't ask me about per HIPAA.
