The theater could make you leave. Doubt they would, but they have the right to refuse service to anyone. If they told you to leave and you refuse, you are trespassing but I doubt cops would do anything other than tell you to leave. Movie theaters have been hurting bad so I can’t imagine they would kick you out. Disney is completely cucked though so if the theater is owned by them who knows.

I had annual passes and had to fight like mad just to cancel them since I couldn't attend the parks with their restrictions in place. Disney's taken a more than 6 billion dollar loss pushing this narrative. They don't care about a potential lawsuit from us.
