Oh no I'm not saying those things won't cost money, just that labeling the KKK as a terrorist organization won't (I thought it already was, but I guess not?) and that the "$500 billion" figure mentioned in the headline isn't referring to how much it'll cost, but how much revenue it'll bring to the black community.
If all goes according to plan, this would generate much more money than it costs to implement! That's how good economic plans work anyway, and I'd say GEOTUS tends to have pretty damn good economic plans. :)

I'm not sure anyone on the entire planet thinks 'labeling' an organization a terrorist group, costs money - unless you want to be totally pedantic about it.

Name a single project the government has been involved in that not only recouped the initial investment - but went on to make a massive profit.
I'm not trying to argue, the government wastes money all the time, this seems to be as good a project as any - but saying it will be successful, with decades of proof to show otherwise... well its a bit naive.

What President Trump has done to help the economy is worlds apart from how government operates when it comes to spending money.
Then I must have misread your original comment, my bad.
That said, I'm not sure how you separate his economic plans from how the government operates. They're operating under his direction. That's why he's such a great president. He's accomplishing things that our government usually sucks shit at.
So how is his creating jobs and economic opportunity in black communities any different from his creating jobs and economic opportunity anywhere else?
Agree to disagree. None of what you listed can happen without someone spending money. That someone will be the government - your money.
