That said, I'm not sure how you separate his economic plans from how the government operates. They're operating under his direction. That's why he's such a great president. He's accomplishing things that our government usually sucks shit at.

So how is his creating jobs and economic opportunity in black communities any different from his creating jobs and economic opportunity anywhere else?
