This isn't bias. According to his analysis (which I hope is wrong) Trump wins 1 time out of 5 and Biden crushes trump 2 times out of 5. In the first case, Trump is not stealing a close election. In the second case the election is not close.
For the sake of the country I do hope that Trump wins so overwhelmingly that there is no argument about hanging chads in Florida.
