From what I understand of the EO, if you do business with the federal government or receive their money, then you can't do CRT training.
If your work has any connection with the fed government, then I'd wager OMB would be interested. Though I'm not sure of just how expansive this EO is. For example, if your work does business with your local or state government, would they be forbidden as well? Because state governments receive beaucoup federal dollars
