I feel you pede - I'm a prof at a T1 and the shit is just unreal from the admin and the fucktard lib faculty. These people are freaking out because "associate Dean of diversity and inclusion" or whatever, is now a quick trip to the unemployment line with no real prospects for their worthless made up shit they spout.
Had to suffer through email strings this summer of faculty trying to out woke eachother as they bookclubbed through white fragility. 🙄
I couldn't be more happy that this bullshit is coming to an end and maybe, just maybe, we can get back to being able to have real conversations with our students without them cowering at their desks in fear of saying something another student gets triggered over.
