Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Medical advancements have improved, but one still has to work with the basic equine anatomy. This issue is going to be based on the bones.

Reports came out that the horse has "drastically improved and is resting on a private farm now and is expected to be walking again. Although he will never be rode again".

So thank the Lord for that. I knew SOMEBODY could help that poor horse.
