Brit Hume knows the score. He was never a liberal when he did network news. On Fox he was hot and cold, but I never got the impression he was a shill for the left. Now that he’s the senior news guy and not on TV everyday he’s let go with his personal feelings. He knows the left sucks.
He really seemed to open up about his opinions after his son died. Maybe it's a feeling of nothing left to lose.

Brit Hume has always been very fair. He's the old school kind of journalists. Very few of those left.
