Spray Silly String on Terrorist; Flick your Bic and spray Aquanet hair spray thru the flame towards the Silly String on Terrorist; sit back, enjoy the festivities and munch popcorn! Almost as good as Napalm.
Note that the Silly String coming out of the container is extremely flammable in itself, so you can, if you wish, bypass a step and just fire-off the Silly String with your Bic!
