WOW really? Seems so confusing considering there is so much talk about disenfranchisement. I'm from California our ballots are pretty damned straight forward, the candidates are only listed once in a single column by office with the party who vouches for them listed under their name.
Yep. I've been voting there, in person, for decades. And they are always organized that same way. I think it's related to funds allocation but I'm not sure.
