Possibly the rust belt. We did it in 2016 and I don’t see a reason we would be losing votes there. However I’m not from there so I don’t really know much about it. I do live in FL though and have a lot of history and ties that are still relevant to TX.

I saw my first Trump signs last month in FL outside the extremely rural areas that I keep hearing about. There where a ton of them along a 20 mile main road my buddy lives on and he had one in his yard (he’s not political at all). I talked to him about it and he said some random people showed up, gave his wife $25 (public’s gift card) and then asked to put the sign up. They didn’t say he had to leave it up and over the last month nearly all of them have disappeared. It’s made me do a lot of thinking.

What’s your idea on why the signs are no longer up?

I think people took gift cards and then took them down after a while or the next time they cut the grass or whatever. Out of 50+ signs, there’s about 4 left. It means most people aren’t politic enough or support the campaign to leave a sign up.

It also gave my friend and his wife who are normies a bad taste for Trump, especially his wife. It’s basically the equivalent of realizing polls were faked for Hillary in 16 except now we’re talking about us.

I do not think that actual Trump campaigners would pay people to put Trump signs. We had a volunteer come around here with signs asking if they could put in the yard to which we said yes. He said if it got stolen they'd bring another. But to pay people? That's a lefty tactic.

I can definitely say they did. Probably depends on the importance or budget for that area. I’m not saying there paying cash, but definitely handing out gift cards.

I find that very bizarre. Where in FL are you? I am in Jacksonville and the support for Trump is very strong here even in the city, never mind outside in more rural areas.

Lol I live in jax too. My buddy lives along the st johns on a busy street. I also drive down heckshear a lot and signs popped up and disappeared there too (though a lot still remain compared to my friends street). In 16, lem turner was the same way and I haven’t noticed more then 1 sign this year. We’re probably the most republican city that’s large
