Oh ok thanks brother. Yeh I thought the show was ok but don’t sit there and watch every episode, was worried there was some subversive shit I didn’t know about.
And some people win the lottery. Doesn't make it a wise financial investment.
I enjoyed the series, since I was about on 4chan in its heyday and was keeping up with the memes. Compared to most modern trash, it's pretty decent, but that's really not a high bar to pass. When your competition is... Whatever drivel passes for children's entertainment nowadays, it's not hard to be top ten.
I would think a decent writer, though, would have fan fiction of MLP as being sunshine, rainbows, and marshmallows. Working with the medium, rather than against it. After all, isn't the ideal fan fiction a continuation or branch-off of a story? If you're going to write grimderp, horror, smut, or ultraviolence, then it isn't really fanfiction of this type of series, it's piggy-backing off a popular IP because your story which has nothing to do with the Fiction it is Fanning would not have been successful had it needed to stand on its own merits.
What’s wrong with My Little Pony? Serious question as one of my girls likes it.

It used to be fine. We stopped letting our girls watch it after they came out with this crap. Of course this publication celebrates it.

Too many adult men watching it - really any is too many but it’s popular among weirdos
