Buntly it's bascially taking the person's penis and turning it inside out The shaft part becomes the canal Cut a hole add stitiches. Remember the hair part? Yeah that still grows.
It's bascially a wound that is trying to heal itself since it's not natural at all. There's something called "MtF dilation " that they do.
Makes merkins (pubic wig) look like a walk in the park.
There's also some variations on the surgery where they use a piece of bowel instead to make the vaginal... sleeve? I guess.
