How did she get this money exactly? And how do we know this random post is true?

TD_Covfefe_Crusader 161 points ago +161 / -0

The city gave it to her, courtesy of the taxpayers. That part is definitely true.

$10 million AND an apology.

Piece of shit killed Americans, goes to Canada and gets awarded. Fuck Canada. Can't spell "canuck" without "CUCK".

That’ll be gone in a year.

Let's not forget the 33%, or $4M to the family's lawyer, Ben Crump, Esq.

Mrsattorney 33 points ago +33 / -0

Crump is the new Al Sharpton. Yesterday, I heard him trying to foment more racial unrest by saying that the only cop to be charged with anything in the Breona Taylor case is the one who fired bullets into the apartment of white people.

I struggle to find the right words here to connect the "missing link" in a meme.

11
bigmikesballsack 11 points ago +11 / -0

He, Sharpton and their ilk are shakedown hustlers. Taking money from the public under threat of violence, i.e., “peaceful protests.”

“Racism” is an unregulated industry in the U.S. worth $Billions.

Aka lying Crump the disinfo lawyer

I first became aware of him when Saint Trayvon up the road a ways from me had his...some might say, untimely moment of fame. After that, he's as common a sight at one of these felonious predator v the Law incidents as blocks of burned down business rubble are in democommie cities these days. Look that fucker up yourself; every felon shot by police that you ever heard of since Travon was his case. Fucking colossal race pimp. Also, bet anybody a dollar to a donut that Saint Queen Breonna's momma liked Ben's Bentley enough to get 1 of her own.

They try to pay people off before there is a trial. It doesn't work, the city still burned. They'll never learn the obvious! That 12 million would go a long way in helping the businesses that were destroyed.

3
Assault-Covfefe 3 points ago +3 / -0

Shit, those businesses will probably have to pay more in taxes to make up that 12 million. Double fucked.

28
Ajora_G 28 points ago +28 / -0

She also got 6 million from Gofundme.

7
BillGateCanSuckIt 7 points ago +7 / -0

Won the scumbag lottery for raising a criminal

NormaJeanRocks 3 points ago +3 / -0

And a 6.7 million gofundme

50
generated_name 50 points ago +50 / -0

I believe she was awarded it by the city.

A civil suit like wrongful death has a lower standard of proof than a criminal trial, to be fair, but this was likely more of a political calculation than a legal or financial one.

5
MAGAdadUSA 5 points ago +5 / -0

Criminal suits-needs to be beyond a reasonable doubt Civil-preponderance of the evidence (basically just over 50% of evidence is true. City settled. What many people on the left don’t realize is that settling a suit is not admitting guilt or liability.

TruthyBrat 2 points ago +2 / -0

Idiot Democrat mayor trying to appease the mob and buy votes, that’s how it makes “sense”.

1
Farage_massage 1 point ago +1 / -0

Burden of proof at civil court is preponderance of the evidence.

Criminal is beyond a reasonable doubt.

Sounds like the money will soon be gone.

17
PropagandaWizard1984 17 points ago +17 / -0

The city settled a wrongful death lawsuit for 12 million cash money. It's publicly reported all over.

6
bigmikesballsack 6 points ago +6 / -0

Correction - the city counsel took that money from hardworking Americans, without consent and under threat of prison (“tax”) and gave it to her.

3
PropagandaWizard1984 3 points ago +3 / -0

Indeed, taxation is theft. In this case to pay for luxury cars.

12
IamM 12 points ago +12 / -0

Clearly she has that elusive "white privilege" they keep yammering on about.

6
Basedkyeng 6 points ago +6 / -0

City gave it to her courtesy of MY tax dollars. (Louisville)

3
bigmikesballsack 3 points ago +3 / -0

True. Public entities are always fucking quick to give away our money. They don’t give a shit about hardworking Americans who just keep their heads down and raise a family.

But somehow the life of a black woman involved in a drug dealing enterprise is worth $12 million.

The average American makes about $2 million in their lifetime.

Let that sink in.
