You can always tell how smart someone is once they get their first real payday. Dindu’s mom should be putting at least have that in a passive index fund and make sure she pays down any and all debt. Buy two or three duplexes and rent them all out for passive income. Buy a little gold, a little Bitcoin, and then move the fuck out of that shithole.
