but there's never been a car worth more than 50 grand

cause you still gotta drive on the same roads, in the same traffic, stop at the same lights, so in effect you are paying more to do the same thing you were doing before

The only time I could see buying a car more than that is if I was a professional race car driver and wanted my own practice car (and that’s only assuming I can’t just use the work car whenever I want lol)
