Yeah, I wish we had a R party that had big enough balls to do that. Seems that the D party is fine pulling the country to the left but the Rs just want to "hold on" meekly. Until we get the lion party up and running, I wouldn't hold out hope.

Sorry dude, I’m not going to give a pass on child murder and eugenics on the way to a better society. Abortion is a core part of the problem, and in my opinion, it is a far bigger issue than the welfare state.
Millions of dead children kinda outweighs anything else.
All the more reason to end the welfare state before those kids fall in the same self-destructive cycle. And I won’t be giving a pass to eugenics in the meantime. I hope no one else would either.
But again, I would argue abortion is the major issue that has completely destroyed what used to be a very family oriented culture.

I’m not even convinced all those black votes are real. There have been some sketch turnout numbers in some of these elections where they get 95+% of the black vote.
