I think it's happening, just at a slower rate.

The best thing that could happen to the black community would be voting Trump and they will never understand that.

Already tried that with Liberia. It went pretty much how you’d expect. Liberia instantly became a shithole and all the ex-slaves decided hanging around whitey aint so bad.
