This plan also calls for making “lynching” a federal hate crime.

Depending on definitions, this means a guy defending his home in Florida could be fine under state law, but then charged with a federal hate crime anyway. How would Eric Holder use this law? How would any Federal Prosecutor use this law when the dindus march and riot until the guy defending his house is charged?

I’ll be taking a break from the forum guys. I can’t support this.
