Wasn't Shaq a deputy, or honorary deputy of some kind??

Rob_Belmonte 82 points ago +82 / -0

I believe he's also helped with undercover stings online to capture pedos. Based af.

Wait, Cory Booker is one of us?

7

He pretends to be a 12 year old white girl.

Works every time, the pedo's can never tell the difference.

Have you watched the Anxiety War video where he pretends to be a 13 year-old girl at 6 feet tall and a deep ass voice because he had a shitty wig, glasses, and mittens to make his big ass hands look smaller even though they looked like catcher mitts?

rando_calrissian 8 points ago +8 / -0

> undercover shaq

> man goes into crackhouse to deal some crack

> the building is Shaquille O Neal in disguise

> why don't you have a seat over there

2
TheSuperStableGenius 2 points ago +2 / -0

He played a 13 year old girl, someone fell for it

38
WassermanSchultz 38 points ago +38 / -0

Yeah, he's a reserve cop in Florida. I spent years hating him since he played for the Lakers, but he's seriously a good dude.

TruthyBrat 30 points ago +30 / -0

Go watch the clip of Sir Charles Barclay ragging on Jussie Smollett on the Inside the NBA halftime show. Shaq is dying laughing the whole time and makes a snarky comment or two of his own.

In the 90s, as a kid, I always kinda thought people like Charles Barkley, Shaq, jalen rose and juwan howard from the fab 5 were pricks. In reality, they are all nice guys for real. The crazy thing about it is that Michael Jordan and Bill Cosby turned out to be real pricks.

17
pmurTJdlanoD 17 points ago +17 / -0

While Cosby’s crimes were FUBAR, the reason they all came out like that is cause he started unapologetically calling out black people to fix their culture and stop begging for whitey handouts, which was unacceptable messaging to the swamp elites.

12
N7fury 12 points ago +12 / -0

Cosby started saying things that needed to be said and you can't have that

3
ProfessorRomendev 3 points ago +3 / -0

yeah, there was a comedian who said ‘yeah well you’re a fucking rapist’, and then it all started, right?

5
pmurTJdlanoD 5 points ago +5 / -0

Hannibal Burress made the joke off handedly in a small club and the snowball started rolling but it’s clear many people knew about it and it looked more like a deep state hit than a natural thing once Cosby told black people to Stop sagging and pull their pants up. Same thing as Weinstein being a sacrificial lamb when it’s obvious the Hollywood pedo rings don’t start or stop with him.

12
Foreign_Aid_is_Theft 12 points ago +12 / -0

I got to watch him and the Lakers dunk all over my team from right under the basket.

I've never experienced an earthquake at a basketball game before. It was well worth the ticket price just to see him dominate inside the paint.

Anyways, RIP my team.

4
TommyLasordasBallBag 4 points ago +4 / -0

That Lakers team was lethal to everybody. Shaq, Kobe, Fox, Fischer... every team was so busy guarding shaq and Kobe would just put up 80 points. I was at a game of the western conference finals against the kings, it felt like I was watching space jam.

3
HonkNJhonk 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not basketball but rather a concert... back in 2000-something I saw Korn play a concert at the Meadowlands and during their cover of “Another Brick in the Wall”, the rhythm of the crowd all head banging and stomping seriously shook the foundation of the whole arena. It was epic.

2
N7fury 2 points ago +2 / -0

Honestly, it is hard to argue a more dominating force on the court than Shaq was

2
A_Deplorable_Basket 2 points ago +2 / -0

He could have been the best basketball player of all time if he’d tried. The crazy thing is the guy was as dominant as he was and he didn’t try to get into awesome shape or work half as hard as his peers. He is/was just a mountain of a human.

His stepfather who raised him from a young toddler was a career Army sergeant. They tend towards being no-nonsense people.

"Mar 18, 2019 - Former Orlando Magic center and NBA star Shaquille O'Neal has accepted a job as an auxiliary deputy for the Broward County Sheriff's Office"

So, Aux Deputy Shaq is a real thing. There's also this from the early 2000's

"While NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal is prominently known for his illustrious NBA career, O'Neal has always shown an interest in pursuing a career as an officer of the law. He was named an honorary US Deputy Marshall in 2005 and is also an honorary deputy for the Broward County (Florida) Sheriff's Department. "

Every salient "fact" the media reported in the case that everyone just "knows" to be "true" was dead wrong.

Anybody dumb enough to demand, "Say her name!" probably still believes that Mikey from the Life cereal commercial died from following pop rocks with a coca cola chaser.

11
TruthyBrat 11 points ago +11 / -0

If I had anyone stupid enough to demand I “Say her name!” I’d reply “ Fernandez Bowman!”

You just made a rhyme

19
nachosamplerREBORN 19 points ago +19 / -0

This has nothing to do with being pro-police or anti-police, it’s not a gray area to take sides. It’s common sense. There are cases where subjective bias and preference can apply and a debate commence, but this is not one of them. If you thing otherwise, you’re factually wrong.

6
NotSorryLuvTrump 6 points ago +6 / -0

Look, we know that this is definitely a case of sheep being led by strategically placed actors, but it does remind me of a point I had heard years ago about issues courts were having finding good jurors in a post CSI world.

I don't have the article on hand, but the idea was that you could have all the motive, the timing, the means to get a conviction, but people were looking for the DNA evidence they saw on their tv shows.

In the very same way, this outrage - to a much dumber scale - are people looking at outcomes without ever considering ANY bit of context. They know the end result is x, and they're going to march without any critical thinking.

These people are stupid.

2

They won’t, seeing as how they call any black person who disagrees with them an “Uncle Tom”

2
ProfessorRomendev 2 points ago +2 / -0

But then their tactic for dealing with black trump supporters would be shot

Shaq is a very intelligent man with more brain than brawn and he has a lot of that too. He also just happens to be an NBA Star.

9
Tryhardneckbeard 9 points ago +9 / -0

I've met the man. He's a very Humble, Common Sense man with a YUGE HEART and a very bad ass wife. She's like 4'6" and when you see his kids you're mind would spin on how the physics of that shit worked out. But VERY GOOD PEOPLE!

EDIT: I realized how brash my counter argument came out so I edited...

1
TheFountainhead 1 point ago +1 / -0

+1 counter argument? I completely agree with you. Perhaps my comment was misread or comes off wrong. Everything I have heard about Shaq is super awesome and the only thing bigger than his shoe size is his heart.

2
Tryhardneckbeard 2 points ago +2 / -0

Don't read to much into it, the part that came across as crass was long gone.

9
f_bastiat 9 points ago +9 / -0

I met Shaq at a gun show 25 years ago, you can not understand how tall this man is until you are next to him.

If there's one prominent NBAer who would #walkaway (albeit silently) it's Shaq. He is pro-police and a businessman who likes money (and presumably likes to keep his money). Those are Republican traits.

7
Clevelandbrownie 7 points ago +7 / -0

Also said he's friends with trump 4 years ago

5
MarcusAurelius 5 points ago +5 / -0

The thing is that African American communities suffer from crime the most. If you grow up in a poor community and get out, you know a big problem is criminals.

And there is a huge difference between, "I don't like it when I think that police are acting unfairly because of my race, so I think XYZ reform is a good idea, since it will help with that and not compromise the ability of the police to combat crime." and "The BLM position of abolish/defund the police".

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump in 2020 will enjoy a record amount of the black vote, while the democrats get to sit around with a dunce hat on their collective heads again this year.

4
Defund_Soros 4 points ago +4 / -0

I’m surprised they allowed Shaquille to say that on an NBA show. I’m sure those 19 and 20 year olds who play in the league are extremely mad and ready to cancel a top 10 all time player (top 5 in my books)

I've got tremendous respect for Shaq.

2
Lord_Karius 2 points ago +2 / -0

They are already trying to cancel Shaq. For some reason I've got recommended shit popping up in my YouTube feed about him making fun of a disabled person.

2
FOREVERKAG 2 points ago +2 / -0

I happen to agree with them both on this point but why is an NBA broadcast the forum for this??? Exactly why I don't watch this shit any more. There is no entertainment escape any more - Hollywood, Pro sports, even college now - all feel the need to use their professional platform for pontification. If I started this conversation at work, I'd be shut down or let go!

mr. o’neal made himself before CRT and other psychological warfare methods subverted black people back onto the progressive plantations. mr. o’neal is a western civilization success story and has a deep appreciation for the vigilant elements that made it possible.
