I know they're going to shoot Biden up with Coke or Meth right before the debate so I really believe they should drug test. For crying out loud they Drug test for low level jobs. Why not for the most important job on the planet? We know President Trump would pass with flying colors.

You can't just "create" that sort of thing. Chemical compounds require dozens if not hundreds of people to be involved. Drugs require testing..which leaves a money trail. Better story would be that he needed time to heal up from getting the earphone implanted so we can't see it.
No they don’t. There’s literally hundreds of novel compounds based off a base, usually naturally occurring chemical.
Take for instance cathinone, which is found in the plant khat which is chewed as a stimulant. Adding a methyl group makes methicathinone which is widely known as the first bath salt. It’s just a stimulant. I decent chemist can change the methyl to an ethyl too make another novel compound. It make be active. It may not.
A very interesting man by the name Alexander shulgin wrote two books about this topic a couple decades ago. He and his wife designed, synthesized and tested hundreds of psychoactive compounds themselves. TiHKaL and PiHKaL were the books.
Now more complex Drugs like biologics that affect the immune response and similar require insane amounts of logistical support and funding. But most psychoactive compounds have been well known enough for long enough that effects profiles can be fairly predictable.
Oh they do. They have all kinds of stimulants and tranquilizers that are administered via IV only by concierge physicians they have on their staff. These physicians are sought after by the elite and develop reputations for different specializations. I bet they have a team of them in there and they are shooting him full of whatever they think will help.
Those doctors have everything available to them. From drugs for general anesthesia, post-op pain killers, amphetamines, you name it they have it. They have stuff that make street drugs look like Coca cola.
I bet after the pictures of Biden's bruised injection site, where they had either taken blood or shot him with something, they installed a pick in his chest so they can just toss the stuff right into his heart, like they do with patients that will be using IV drugs for an extended period of time like chemo or IV antibiotics. It is far more convenient than getting stuck with a needle in your arm and, more importantly in Sleepy Joe's case, concealable.
