Guidelines issued by Mayors or Governors, are not laws. Governor Newsom admitted, "I can't mandate anything". Mass, unmasked civil disobedience will end this nonsense. Look at Florida and the other states that are rolling back the emergency powers.

The last thing on Nick Sandman's mind was being awarded a settlement. It's time for us to exercise our inalienable rights, confident in our Creator.

It ended up being a criminal trespass charge. But, she wasn't criminally trespassing until they attacked her for not wearing a mask.
