I don't like her siding with lockdowns, but if that's all she did that was negative, ok.
As long as the left hates her who cares?

No, she said that a political party was not entitled to the same protections as a religious group.

The state GOP failed hard because they made that their argument which is horseshit. The district court denied them, the 7th Circuit (Barrett) denied them. Then they appealed to SCOTUS and Kavanaugh denied them.

According to the article, they also complained about certain political groupings being exempted while other political groupings were not. And the response according to the article was that their evidence was not "strong enough":

From https://archive.li/9oyoe#selection-1327.0-1327.443 :

The appeals court also rejected, at least at this stage of the case, arguments from the state GOP that Pritzker was selectively enforcing the political gatherings ban by allowing and even endorsing massive Black Lives Matter street protests, while refusing to allow other political groups to assemble. Wood said the evidence that Pritzker directed some kind of waiver for BLM protests was not strong enough to support a preliminary injunction.

Here's the actual ruling on that case:

I never trust journalists to summarize it and I'll let everyone make up their own minds by reading it.

That’s because the GOP (Gathering of Pussies) put forth a bad case that couldn’t possibly work in court.

Yeah but even some of us went along with the lockdowns early on. It's just the persistant BS ever since then is not somehting I can go along with.

Initially? Yes, i get it. Because it's a lab born virus that has been genetically modified. None of this would have happened if it didn't escape a lab and it was known it came from a lab (Chinese Military claims it was US weapon, which really just means it was their own military experiment gone wrong.......or did it work as intended?)
