That’s a paper provisional ballot. They are supposed to check to see that you didnt vote by mail before counting it.
But it's seems they basically are not doing normal ballots that are counted by the machine at the time of voting. Bringing your mail in ballot in person eliminates the postal service from the equation but is still a zillion times less secure than a machine at the polls.
And there is generally no way to validate the results with exit polls. This election is banana republic level of security

A state's Governor ordering that every registered voter MUST be issued and receive a mail in ballot seems like partisan election interference to me. I don't know if that's even Constitutionally or federally legit/legal but it doesn't sound like it.
Was reading that, smells like fraud. Not sure what the best way to vote now is because there could always be another mail in vote that hasn’t come in yet.
Provisional ballots have always been counted last.
It is beyond outrageous that the entire voting system is being changed shortly before an election and voting in person is now considered a provisional ballot in NJ. It is obvious to anyone paying attention that the goal of Democrats is to completely fuck up the election and results. Who the fuck knows what is going to happen.

So the end result is that anyone can vote in your name, and then your IN PERSON vote will not be counted. This is specifically done to nullify anyone who votes in person so it wont override a stolen mail in ballot in your name.

Why shouldn’t we follow Trump’s instructions? Mail in ballot, go to polling place and demand to know if it’s been counted, then vote if it has not been counted.
