The ultimate test is whether or not Democrats actually decide to grill her. If they think she's in the bag for them, essentially a RINO or sheep in wolfs clothing, then they won't even bother to fight or attend hearing (Nancy Pelosi did say it's not worth their time). If there's even a small chance she's actually Pro-Trump, Pro-Constitution, Pro-America they will fight tooth and nail to oppose her.
