What’s the zinc do? I hear people saying take the zinc w vitamin D. How do they complement?
Zinc is vital for countless things our bodies do, but we don't produce it. Also we don't store a lot so we need to get it regularly.
So you have to get from your diet or through supplements.
Take it mainly to boost your immune system, but it should benefit overall health.
