Exactly. This isn’t a handout it’s a stimulus. Have to get them out of Democrat plantation by showing a better life full of better opportunities. Democrats have done their damnest to impoverish and control. This takes that away!

There are a few things in this plan that will have a directly positive effect for blacks. The immigration policy is the best thing for the long run.
There are also some things that may prove too much for blacks to handle, thereby exposing certain weaknesses and inferiorities. This weight on their shoulders may prove too much and set them back in the public eye.
I truly hope this doesn’t set them up for failure, but from what I’ve seen first hand there is a lack of will power and mental capacity to take on all this responsibility.
All in all, I think this plan is more than they can chew. The money doesn’t bother me, per se, but there should be ultimatums and requirements if it’s expected to continue in the future. The last thing I’m willing to do is accept the inevitable cries of “we just need a little more money because whitey is racist” when it doesn’t pan out as planned.
This plan is comprehensive and well funded. If this doesn’t work for blacks, we will be forced to point the finger at the cruel reality. You can nurture a tomato plant to perfection, but it will never become a sunflower.
