He beat back the House Favorites who had the big money and backing of people such as Cruz, he took the time and effort to run, literally jogged, thru our District introducing himself and making his face known because he could and wanted to do so. He could not compete with the Big Money, very Big Money and endorsements against him yet he did, by jogging around the District and explaining hisself.
I don't agree with him on all matters, he does have a tendency to be a bit hawkish and stuck in the 'war' syndrome, but he is the most honest,Patriotic, moral and compassionate person who ran, who runs now. He is overly devoted to his Peers - Military and all that inspires - and after his sacrifices I get that, am a Vet myself tho not of his proven valor and worth.
He is learning fast too, he had zero experience with swamp- he is Patriot and would not understand Swamp without tutoring.
If he is your Congress-critter, as he is mine, then certainly you are welcome to vote as you wish. But he is not what you seem to think.
