Whoever the SCOTUS pick is, should be voted on directly without any "Judiciary Committee" hearings. The democrats have lost their right to participate in a fair and vibrant democracy. Only reason they want a hearing is to tarnish the nominee's reputation (media.patriots.win)

I totally agree. While the Kavanaugh hearing may have given some short term political boost to Republicans by exposing the nastiness and insanity of Dems, it tarnished Kavanaugh and makes it less likely that qualified conservative judges will agree to go through the process.

Not to mention the whole process was just evil in general to put a good person through.

Yeah but the ones that do go through are going to be pissed off and they are well SUPREME COURT JUDGES now. I mean... That's not all bad.

I think if Roberts and Gorsuch faced more hate - they wouldn't be as RINOesque as they have been.
