Whoever the SCOTUS pick is, should be voted on directly without any "Judiciary Committee" hearings. The democrats have lost their right to participate in a fair and vibrant democracy. Only reason they want a hearing is to tarnish the nominee's reputation (media.patriots.win)

Am I wrong to say that the Republican senators want the hearings as much as the Democrats? These folks LOVE the spotlight and the face time on TV. Never forget that they have their own personal agenda. Don't you think senator Mitchell McConnell lives for this moment? Let's get real here. I personally would not have the hearings but it is great theatre.
