There is a way to disagree with a decision without being divisive. Her comment is not it. Something like the below might work:

"While I respectfully disagree with the decision, I will support the police and justice system. We must stand united and accept the outcome, even if it is one we don't want."

Louisville has had Democrat mayors since 1969. If anyone thinks the City is run poorly, including the police department and DA (also a Democrat), might be a good idea to vote for a different party. Same of course applies to Pelosi.
