Was watching Al Sharpton on CNN attack Trump for this. Apparently it is hypocritical for Trump to pick her when she adopted two kids from what Trump called a shithole country. That doesn't make him hypocritical, that makes what ACB did all the more honorable saving those kids from that shithole country.
To be fair, such "honorable decisions" and "mighty noble deeds" are the core of virtue-signalling, which has brought the West to its knees. I sure hope she got it out of her system, or else we will have another Roberts on the court, or even worse.
You could be right, but I'm not familiar enough with her situation to judge one way or another. If she adopted them when she was young and could have had her own children then it's Shady, but on the other hand if she wanted a big family and she just couldn't have anymore for physical reasons or what not, adoption is pretty much the solution.
What annoys me the most though about the whole adoption thing is that it's basically impossible to adopt an American kid in America, so we leave millions of kids in institutions, raised by the government while we force people to go overseas to China or Russia or wherever to adopt.
